My final year folio has slotted itself in way and now I must conquer this pile of 50 images and narrow it down to around 35. Decisions, decisions…and not only that but then choose a layout for each of them..ahh, stress.

A while ago I entered the sanpellegrino cafe society photography competition. On monday the awards night was held @ Fetch in the Docklands. I won the creativity award. My photo was aimed to represent a quirky side to cafe society amongst the staff members of my chosen cafe, St Edmonds.

Hickory HQ interior shoot. This place had an amazing interior design, based on a ‘backyard theme’, who wouldn’t want to go to work in a place like this…

Some thumbnails of a photoshoot I did at Bacchus Marsh. Some are of the Science and Technology Centre and others are of the Bacchus Marsh Community Library. Lots of editing to do..fun times..

Fiona Apple Waltz Better Than Fine

On Monday I did a shoot at Caroline Springs Library and Sports Centre. I’m quite happy with some of the shots but I still got some editing to do. Here are some thumbnails in the meantime.

This semester I’m doing a subject called Alternative Processes. I’m really enjoying it so far. What I like most is all the experimentation we can do using different mediums. I am keen to start printing a variety of subjects using the different processes. Here are a few prints which I’ve done so far, there is still a way to go in terms of getting a good negative printed with the correct tones and then in the application of the emulsion and exposure times, but I guess that’s the point of the experimentation!
